§ 7151. Regulations
The Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior shall issue regulations to carry out the purposes of this chapter.

§ 7152. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.
