§ 192.34 - Effective date.

Subpart D shall be effective December 6, 1983.

AUTHORITY: Sec. 275 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 42 U.S.C. 2022, as added by the Uranium Mill Tailings Radiation Control Act of 1978, Pub. L. 95-604, as amended.
