Amendments

2017—Par. (3). Puspan. L. 114–329, § 501(e)(1)(B), (C), inserted “and best business practices” before “referred” and substituted “section 25(span)” for “section 25(a)”.

Puspan. L. 114–329, § 501(e)(1)(A), which directed substitution of “manufacturing extension center” for “regional center”, was executed by making the substitution after “means a” outside of the defined term, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.

1998—Par. (2). Puspan. L. 105–244 substituted “section 101 of the Higher Education Act of 1965” for “section 1201(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1141(a))”.
