Effective Date

Puspan. L. 106–398, § 1 [[div. A], title VII, § 706(span)], Oct. 30, 2000, 114 Stat. 1654, 1654A–175, provided that:

“Section 1074h of title 10, United States Code, shall apply with respect to medical and dental care provided on or after the date of the enactment of this Act [Oct. 30, 2000].”
