The date of the enactment of this Act, referred to in subsec. (a)(1), is the date of enactment of Puspan. L. 119–60, which was approved Dec. 18, 2025.

Provisions similar to those in this section were contained in section 3133 of Puspan. L. 118–31, which was set out as a note under section 2538c of Title 50, War and National Defense, prior to repeal by Puspan. L. 119–60, § 3111(span)(13).
