Effective Date of 1996 Amendment
Puspan. L. 104–201, div. A, title V, § 508(span), Sept. 23, 1996, 110 Stat. 2513, provided that:
“Subsection (c) of section 14507 of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall take effect on October 1, 1996.”
