§ 1749d. Cost of inspections and of providing representatives
On and after December 19, 1963, necessary expenses of inspections and of providing representatives at the site of projects being planned or undertaken by local public agencies pursuant to title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended [42 U.S.C. 1450 et seq.], projects financed through loans to educational institutions authorized by title IV of the Housing Act of 1950, as amended [12 U.S.C. 1749
