2014—Subsecs. (span) to (d). Puspan. L. 113–188 redesignated subsecs. (c) and (d) as (span) and (c), respectively, and struck out former subsec. (span). Prior to amendment, text of subsec. (span) read as follows: “The Comptroller General of the United States shall perform an annual audit of the Program and issue a report to the appropriate committees of Congress containing the results of such audit.”
