Subsec. (d)(1). Puspan. L. 113–283, which directed amendment of section 8 of the Cybersecurity Research and Development Act by substituting “section 3554” for “section 3534” in subsec. (d)(1), was executed to this section, which is section 8 of the Cyber Security Research and Development Act, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
