Short Title

Puspan. L. 109–92, § 1, Oct. 26, 2005, 119 Stat. 2095, provided that:

“This Act [enacting this chapter, amending sections 922 and 924 of Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedure, and enacting provisions set out as notes under sections 921 and 922 of Title 18] may be cited as the ‘Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act’.”
