Puspan. L. 117–316, § 1(a), Dec. 27, 2022, 136 Stat. 4406, provided that:
“This Act [enacting this chapter and amending sections 8513, 8514, 8515, and 8521 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Flood Level Observation, Operations, and Decision Support Act’ or the ‘FLOODS Act’.”
