Effective Date

Puspan. L. 102–522, title I, § 106(span), Oct. 26, 1992, 106 Stat. 3417, provided that:

“Subsection (span) of section 31 of the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 [15 U.S.C. 2227], as added by subsection (a) of this section, shall take effect 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act [Oct. 26, 1992].”
