Short Title
Puspan. L. 100–418, title V, § 5201, Aug. 23, 1988, 102 Stat. 1454, provided that:
“This subtitle [subtitle C (§§ 5201–5210) of title V of Puspan. L. 100–418, enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘Competitiveness Policy Council Act’.”
