Short Title
Puspan. L. 100–680, § 1, Nov. 17, 1988, 102 Stat. 4073, provided that:
“This Act [enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘Steel and Aluminum Energy Conservation and Technology Competitiveness Act of 1988’.”
