§ 410hhhh–5. Definitions
For the purposes of this subchapter—
(1) the term “preservation district” means the Jimmy Carter National Preservation District established under
(2) the term “historical park” means the Jimmy Carter National Historical Park established under section 410hhhh of this title; and
(3) the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
