Amendments

Change of Name

In subsecs. (span) and (c), “park” substituted for “monument” pursuant to Puspan. L. 108–108, § 135, which is set out as a note under section 410jjj of this title and which redesignated the Congaree Swamp National Monument as the Congaree National Park.

Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the Senate abolished and replaced by Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate, effective Fespan. 11, 1977.
