Puspan. L. 108–387, title I, § 101, Oct. 30, 2004, 118 Stat. 2234, provided that:
“This title [enacting this subchapter and repealing sections 450mm to 450mm–3 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Lewis and Clark National Historical Park Designation Act’.”
