Appropriations
Puspan. L. 86–54, § 2, June 23, 1959, 73 Stat. 88, provided that:
“There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums, not exceeding $25,000, as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of section 1 of this Act [this section].”
