Authorization of Appropriations
Section 4 of act July 14, 1943, as amended Sept. 9, 1950, ch. 940, 64 Stat. 829, provided that:
“There are authorized to be appropriated such sums not to exceed $150,000 as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act [sections 450aa to 450aa–2 of this title].”
