Effective Date
Puspan. L. 96–554, § 9, Dec. 19, 1980, 94 Stat. 3259, provided that:
“This Act [enacting this subchapter and enacting a provision set out as a note under section 1600 of this title] shall become effective October 1, 1981”.
Short Title
