Puspan. L. 116–260, div. O, title V, § 501, Dec. 27, 2020, 134 Stat. 2149, provided that:
“Section 1231C(span)(2)(B) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3831c(span)(2)(B)) shall be applied by substituting ‘September 30, 2021’ for ‘December 31, 2020’.”
