Amendments

2022—Subsec. (e). Puspan. L. 117–286 substituted “chapter 10 of title 5” for “Federal Advisory Committee Act” in heading and “Chapter 10 of title 5” for “The Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.)” in text.

2019—Subsec. (a)(1). Puspan. L. 116–94, § 501(g)(1)(A), designated existing provisions as subpar. (A), inserted heading, and added subpar. (B).

Study

Puspan. L. 116–94, div. P, title V, § 501(g)(2), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 3193, provided that: “Not later than 10 years after the date of enactment of this Act [Dec. 20, 2019], the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, shall—

“(A) review and evaluate the effects of the funds made available under subparagraph (B) of section 11(a)(1) of the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act (16 U.S.C. 669h–2(a)(1)) (as added by paragraph (1)(A)(ii)) on funds available for wildlife conservation; and
“(B) submit a report describing the results of the review and evaluation under paragraph (1) to—
“(i) the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate; and
“(ii) the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives.”
