Section 3141 of the Act was classified to section 6861 of this title, prior to the general amendment of title III of Puspan. L. 89–10 by Puspan. Part A of title XIII of the Act was classified to part A (§ 8621 et seq.) of subchapter XIII of chapter 70 of this title, prior to its redesignation as part K of title IX of Puspan. This subchapter, referred to in subsec. (a)(2), was in the original “this Act” and has been translated as reading “this title” to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
