Section, Puspan. L. 92–555, title III, § 306, as added Puspan. L. 102–497, § 17, Oct. 24, 1992, 106 Stat. 3261, which authorized the Attorney General to negotiate and settle any action brought to contest the constitutionality or validity of the distribution to the Sisseton and Wahpeton tribes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
