Section, Puspan. L. 92–555, § 1, Oct. 25, 1972, 86 Stat. 1168, which related to distribution of judgment funds and payment of attorney fees and expenses, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.

Puspan. L. 105–387, § 1, Nov. 13, 1998, 112 Stat. 3471, provided that Puspan. L. 105–387, enacting part B of this subchapter (former section 1300d–21 et seq. of this title) and amending former sections 1300d–3 and 1300d–4 of this title, could be cited as the “Mississippi Sioux Tribes Judgment Fund Distribution Act of 1998”.
