Puspan. L. 101–601, § 1, Nov. 16, 1990, 104 Stat. 3048, provided that:

“This Act [enacting this chapter and section 1170 of Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedure] may be cited as the ‘Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act’.”
