Puspan. L. 117–151, § 2(h)(3), June 21, 2022, 136 Stat. 1300, provided that: “The amendments made by subsection (g) [amending this section] shall take effect as if enacted on October 1, 2021.”

Puspan. L. 112–121, § 3(e), May 25, 2012, 126 Stat. 349, provided that: “This section [amending this section and section 1930 of this title and enacting and amending provisions set out as notes under section 1931 of this title] and the amendments made by this section shall take effect 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act [May 25, 2012].”
