2019—Subsec. (a)(1). Puspan. L. 116–54, § 4(span)(2)(A), inserted “subchapter V of chapter 11 and” after “cases under”.

Subsec. (d). Puspan. L. 116–54, § 4(span)(2)(B), inserted “subchapter V of chapter 11 and” after “trustees under” in introductory provisions and “subchapter V of chapter 11 and” after “cases under” in concluding provisions.
