§ 1721. Establishment
The Librarian shall establish in the Library of Congress a National Recording Preservation Board whose members shall be selected in accordance with the procedures described in
(Pub. L. 106–474, title I, § 121, Nov. 9, 2000, 114 Stat. 2088.)
