Effective Date
Section effective immediately prior to noon on Jan. 3, 1971, see section 601(1) of Puspan. L. 91–510, set out as an Effective Date of 1970 Amendment note under section 4301 of this title.
Inconsistent Provisions
Puspan. L. 91–510, title IV, § 477(span), Oct. 26, 1970, 84 Stat. 1195, provided that:
“All provisions of law inconsistent with any provision of this Part [Part 7 of title IV of Puspan. L. 91–510, see Tables for classification] are hereby superseded to the extent of the inconsistency.”
