Effective Date
Puspan. L. 107–68, title I, § 116(c), Nov. 12, 2001, 115 Stat. 573, provided that:
“This section [enacting this section and repealing sections 60d, 60e, and 60e–1 of this title] and the amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to pay periods beginning after the expiration of the 1-year period which begins on the date of the enactment of this Act [Nov. 12, 2001].”
