Effective Date of 2019 Amendment
Puspan. L. 116–94, div. E, title I, § 112(c), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 2759, provided that:
“The amendments made by this section [amending this section and section 5507 of this title] shall take effect as if included in the enactment of section 120 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2019 (2 U.S.C. 5322a).”
