Amendments

2021—Subsec. (c)(3). Puspan. L. 117–76 added par. (3).

2011—Subsec. (a)(1). Puspan. L. 111–377 inserted “the test is deemed approved by section 3672(span)(2)(B) of this title or” after “unless”.

2008—Subsecs. (a)(1), (c)(1), (d), (e)(2). Puspan. L. 110–252 inserted “33,” after “32,” wherever appearing.

2002—Subsec. (c)(1)(B). Puspan. L. 107–330 substituted “such test, or a test to certify or license in a similar or related occupation,” for “the test”.
