Amendments

2014—Subsecs. (span)(1)(B), (c)(1)(A). Puspan. L. 113–128 substituted “the appropriate State boards and local boards (as such terms are defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act)” for “the appropriate State boards and local boards (as such terms are defined in section 101 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (29 U.S.C. 2801))”.
