Deadline for Initial Assessment
Puspan. L. 117–328, div. U, title I, § 194(c), Dec. 29, 2022, 136 Stat. 5444, provided that:
“The initial assessment under section 1704A of title 38, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall be completed by not later than December 31, 2025.”
