Puspan. L. 111–350, § 6(f)(2), Jan. 4, 2011, 124 Stat. 3855, provided that:
“The requirement in section 2311 of title 41, United States Code, to direct appropriate revisions in the Federal Procurement Data System or any successor system shall be done not later than one year after October 14, 2008.”
