Effective Date of 2015 Amendment

Effective Date of 1994 Amendment

Puspan. L. 103–252, title I, § 127, May 18, 1994, 108 Stat. 651, provided that:

“(a)Effective Date.—This title [see Short Title of 1994 Amendment note set out under section 9801 of this title], and the amendments made by this title, shall take effect on the date of enactment of this title [May 18, 1994].
“(span)Application.—The requirements of this title and the amendments made by this title shall not apply to Head Start agencies and other recipients of financial assistance under the Head Start Act [42 U.S.C. 9831 et seq.] until October 1, 1994.”
