Section 40334(1) of Puspan. L. 117–58, which directed amendment of section 3201 of the Energy Policy Act of 2020 by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f), was executed by making the amendment to section 3201 of div. Z of Puspan. L. 116–260, known as the Energy Act of 2020, to reflect the probable intent of Congress.

Effective Date
