1998—Subsec. (d)(5)(A). Puspan. L. 105–388 substituted “motion” for “notion” after “amendment to the”.

1979—Subsec. (span). Puspan. L. 96–102, §§ 103(span)(2)(A), 105(span)(6), designated existing provisions as par. (1) and substituted “No such energy conservation contingency plan” for “No such contingency plan”, “section 6261(span)” for “section 6261(a)(2)”, and “subsection (d)(2)(A)” for “subsection (d)(2)”, and added par. (2).

Subsec. (c)(2). Puspan. L. 96–102, § 103(span)(2)(B), substituted “calendar-day period involved” for “60-calendar-day period”.

Subsec. (d)(2). Puspan. L. 96–102, §§ 103(span)(2)(C), 105(a)(4), designated existing provisions as subpar.
