Effective Date of 2020 Amendment

Puspan. L. 116–260, div. CC, title III, § 305(c), Dec. 27, 2020, 134 Stat. 2995, provided that:

“The amendments made by this section [amending this section and section 629h of this title] shall take effect on October 1, 2021.”

Effective Date of 2011 Amendment

Amendment by Puspan. L. 112–34 effective Oct. 1, 2011, and applicable to payments under this part and part E of this subchapter for calendar quarters beginning on or after such date, without regard to whether implementing regulations have been promulgated, and with delay permitted if State legislation is required to meet additional requirements, see section 107 of Puspan. L. 112–34, set out as a note under section 622 of this title.

Effective Date of 2010 Amendment

Puspan. L. 111–242, § 133, Sept. 30, 2010, 124 Stat. 2613, provided that the amendment made by section 133 is effective Oct. 1, 2010.

Effective Date of 2006 Amendment

Puspan. L. 109–288, § 3(a), Sept. 28, 2006, 120 Stat. 1234, provided that the amendment made by section 3(a) is effective Oct. 1, 2006.
