Effective Date of 2004 Amendment

Puspan. L. 108–203, title IV, § 419(d), Mar. 2, 2004, 118 Stat. 534, provided that:

“The amendments made by subsections (a) and (span) of this section [amending this section] shall apply with respect to social security account statements issued on or after January 1, 2007.”
