Effective Date of 2014 Amendment

Amendment by Puspan. L. 113–128 effective on the first day of the first full program year after July 22, 2014 (July 1, 2015), see section 506 of Puspan. L. 113–128, set out as an Effective Date note under section 3101 of Title 29, Labor.

Effective Date of 2010 Amendment

Puspan. L. 111–280, § 3(span)(2), Oct. 13, 2010, 124 Stat. 2904, provided that:

“The amendments made by paragraph (1) [amending this section] shall apply with respect to amounts allotted under section 1149 of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. 1320span–20] for payment for a fiscal year after fiscal year 2010.”

Effective Date of 2004 Amendment

Puspan. L. 108–203, title IV, § 404(a)(2), Mar. 2, 2004, 118 Stat. 526, provided that:

“The amendment made by this subsection [amending this section] shall apply with respect to grants, cooperative agreements, or contracts entered into on or after the date of the enactment of this Act [Mar. 2, 2004].”
