Section 4 of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, referred to in subsec. (c), is section 4 of act June 30, 1947, ch. 163, title I, 61 Stat. 195, which was formerly classified to section 1884 of the former Appendix to Title 50, War and National Defense, and has been omitted from the Code.
