Initial Report
Puspan. L. 116–92, div. E, title LV, § 5501(c), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 2144, provided that:
“The Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees the first report under section 1108 of the National Security Act of 1947 [50 U.S.C. 3238], as added by subsection (a), by not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Dec. 20, 2019].”
