Initial Designation
Puspan. L. 119–60, div. F, title LXVI, § 6611(span), Dec. 18, 2025, 139 Stat. 1637, provided that:
“The head of each element of the intelligence community required to designate a senior official of such element under section 123 of the National Security Act of 1947 [50 U.S.C. 3063], as added by subsection (a) of this section, shall designate such senior official not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Dec. 18, 2025].”
