Prior Provisions

A prior section 305 of Puspan. L. 92–225 was classified to section 435 of Title 2, The Congress, prior to repeal by Puspan. L. 96–187.

Amendments

1980—Puspan. L. 96–187 substituted “60” and “20” for “sixty” and “twenty”, respectively, and struck out “Federal Election” before “Commission”.

1974—Puspan. L. 93–443 substituted “Federal Election Commission” and “it” for “Comptroller General of the United States” and “he”, respectively.
