Repeals

Compensation of Deputy Administrator of Drug Enforcement Administration

Section 6153(c) of Puspan. L. 100–690 provided that: “The Deputy Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration shall receive compensation at the rate now or hereafter prescribed by law for positions of Level IV of the Executive Schedule Pay Rate (5 U.S.C. 5315).”

Temporary Increase in Number of Assistant Secretaries of Defense
