Effective Date of 1977 Amendment

Effective Date of 1954 Amendment

Act Aug. 31, 1954, ch. 1172, § 3(span), 68 Stat. 1047, provided that:

“The amendment made by this section [amending this section] shall become effective upon the enactment of this Act [Aug. 31, 1954] or upon the enactment of the Agricultural Act of 1954 [Aug. 28, 1954], whichever occurs later.”
