Section was not enacted as part of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, which constitutes a major part of this chapter.

Amendments

1972—Puspan. L. 92–419 authorized loans to desertland entrymen and provided for first repayment installment of a loan to an entryman under the desertland laws.
