2018—Subsec. (span)(4)(B)(ii). Puspan. L. 115–334, § 6422(1), substituted “Amount” for “Maximum amount” in heading and, in text, inserted “not less than 20 percent and” before “not more than 25 percent”, substituted “, subject to—” for period at end, and added subcls. (I) and (II).
